A healthy life is a wonderful thing.A healthy life cannot be handed to you. It cannot be donated. It cannot be purchased, borrowed, or stolen. A healthy life doesn’t come from a bottle of pills, surgery, or a machine. A healthy life can’t be obtained in “just 15 minutes a day, three times a week!”

I have started this journey over and over and over. There are multiple posts on this blog where I’ve made the determination to be healthy. I’ll do well for a while, then I’ll quit.
But I’m not giving up. I will be healthier. I will be stronger.
Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow.
No more turning back.
No one is going to do this for me. There’s no magic pill. No magic surgery.
