Fitness: Day 6

Sunday is a day of rest right? So all bets on dieting are off?

I didn’t think so.

Because of the nature of the day, there was no gym this morning. And we started off on the wrong nutritional foot with a pancake breakfast at church.

Church was great, as well as the Sunday night production by our youth choir.

Diet and nutrition on the other hand wasn’t so great.

Monday is a new beginning for that.

More water. Less sugar. No eating after 8:00 p.m. (or earlier)
