Fitness: Day 3

Thursday was a better food consumption day. I packed less for lunch and managed to make it through the day without a trip to the vending machine.

I did better with water, but still not enough. I need to take water with me to the gym in the morning.

Speaking of the gym, I made it there. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill. I’ve got to get to bed earlier and stop hitting the snooze alarm so that I can make the whole hour.

And yes, I weighed in. I was 0.06 lbs. lighter than yesterday. Statistically insignificant, but at least in the right direction.

Today is National Doughnut Day. I must resist.

I’m also in search of better breakfast options. When I go to the gym, I eat breakfast when I get to the office. I’ve been doing oatmeal and a banana. Good choices, but they’re getting old and I’m not too fond of oatmeal when it’s 90 degrees outside. I need a better breakfast option that includes protein.

I’m still searching.
