That doesn’t seem like much for a self-described writer. But it’s been a challenge.
I stopped blogging in September when I was in the midst of my show. Then, October happened.

The truth is, I wasn’t sure if the blog was something I want to continue. I’m still not.
My plans at the time were to move the blog over to my writer website and then start paying a little less for blog real estate.
I’m currently paying for three websites. This one, my writing website, and my Santa website.
What’s the return?
I mean I have a few loyal followers. And, when I get a lead on a Santa job, I can send them to the website (which at the moment badly needs updating).
One of the (legion, for they are many) things that has been bothering me over this current saga is just how many subscriptions I’m paying for out there. How many services, how many streaming services, how much for iTunes, etc.
I don’t have a handle on that.
So, I ask the question, should I be paying for hosting the blog?
Am I really watching a particular streaming service?
What all this has to do with writing, I’m not sure. I can write without a blog.
But will I?
I do apologize. If you’re going to follow me on this blog, you’re going to get some random thoughts.
After this week, I don’t want the blog to be just about my rehab and recovery. Sure, that’s consuming my life right now. It doesn’t have to consume my writing.
I have a lot of time for random thoughts these days. Some of them don’t relate to walking again.
