It’s Wednesday. Somehow weeks seem to drag on longer when they’re abbreviated. I know they really don’t. It’s just a feeling.
I’m itching to get out there and do some summer-y stuff.
It’s my favorite season after all.
I’m trying to balance out my desire to go do said summer-y stuff with the fact that I still have a lot to do around the house. As I noted yesterday, I’ve made progress. But there’s more to be done.
And then there’s the writing, and the art. I just finished up the 100 Day Project and I’m glad it’s over. I’m not sure I’ll do it again next year. You can see my posts/drawings on Instagram.
It’s all about balance, and making choices. It’s about determining what is a priority, what can be delayed, and what can be shown the door.
I’m gonna need a bigger door.
Like the one Rose had. You know there was room for Jack.

When was the last time you went to the theatre and saw a fat man on stage? What about a fat man playing the lead? Were they, what you would call a traditional lead? Why is this? Bigger female and NB bodies do appear in theatre. For example, the recent production of ‘Legally Blonde’ produced by The Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre in London. This production completely reinvented the traditional aesthetic of the show.
