Life is good.
Summer is here and it’s time to celebrate. Time to hit the beach, the mountains, the river. Time to picnic and hike and play games. Time to hit the road for a family adventure.
All across the country this summer we’ll be packing up the car, the minivan or the pickup to head out for those adventures. Here in the most wonderful country on the face of the earth we have so many opportunities so many blessings.
My own family will be celebrating at events around town like ethnic festivals and concerts in the park. Before summer’s end we’ll pile in the pickup and head for a week at the beach. It’s an every year tradition. We’ve been there through hurricanes, through the summer of sharks, through a week of rain. We still wouldn’t miss it.
Personally I can’t wait to get up early and lug the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler to the beach to watch the sunshine. Then I’ll read for a few hours or take a walk along the shore. The family will show up around mid-morning. We’ll picnic lunch then walk, surf or nap through the rest of the day.
There’s no agenda, no schedule. We just are. And it’s amazing.
Sure everywhere we go there are dangers and storms and fires and beasts lurking around the corner. But those are the exceptions, not the rule. And we can’t go around worrying about them.
Allstate knows that. Allstate is an insurance company and is there for you in the bad times. But they don’t sit around waiting for disaster to strike.
Life is good. And it’s our job to live it to the fullest.
Allstate Good Life is committed to being there when the good things happen. There in your everyday life. And they’re there when the unthinkable happens.
Allstate doesn’t sit around waiting for disaster to strike, and neither should we. But when disaster strikes, when the accidents come, you can know that Allstate will be there to help you put the good life back together.
