Rumor of the day: Joe Biden to attend Republican convention Doug Powers @ MichelleMalkin.com If true, the RNC might consider giving Romney/Ryan a boost in the polls by offering Joe a primetime speaking slot, or at the least close out one of the nights by showing a “Biden’s greatest gaffes” video.
