Fitness Day 31

I am not throwing in the towel.

I am, however, also not going to make my original goal. That’s the life long struggle with weight and health.

I could give up completely, but I’m not.

But, here’s the thing. I leave today for a week at the beach. There will be a lot of activity. A lot of walking or bike riding along the Boardwalk. But let’s not kid ourselves into thinking that it’s going to be a good diet week.

So, Monday, July 11, we start this all over again. Perhaps with a better strategy. Hopefully with more determination.
