This week, beginning Wednesday, September 17th at 6:00 AM and continuing through 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 18, you have a chance to be a part of the Amazing Raise.
Here are the details:
The Amazing Raise is our region’s 36-hour online giving challenge that inspires and empowers our community to support Central Virginia nonprofit organizations in an amazing way, regardless of where you call home. It gets even better – when you give during The Amazing Raise, you also give your favorite nonprofits the chance to win additional incentive prizes ranging from $500 to $15,000!
You can give to your favorite charity in central Virginia and surrounding areas. Throughout the Amazing Raise, prizes will be awarded in various categories.
Personally, I’m supporting CAT Theatrethis year during the Amazing Raise. I’ve been working there for a couple of years, serve on the board, and am currently in rehearsal for Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure. If you want to support the arts, please consider CAT Theatre.
But, most importantly, be a part of the Amazing Raise and support your favorite group or cause.
