But, finally the scales on the Wii Fit are moving in the correct directin (down). And I think I’m into somewhat of a pattern, having given up on the gym.
Most days I’m hoping to do the Wii Fit workout in the morning, and spend at least 30 minutes in the pool in the evenings.
I managed to do that yesterday, but the evenings in the pool will be dictated by the calendar as well as the weather. Thunderstorms don’t care if I get my laps in.
I’m doing okay on the consumption side, but could be doing better.
