I made it to the gym on Tuesday morning. And that’s a good thing. The condition of the gym, however, not so good. The 2-week pool repair is now in the 7th or 8th week. I’ve mentioned that before, but I’ve lost count.
To make matters worse, today there was no hot water. Combine that with a general lack of shall we say cleanliness in the locker room, it was…not the most pleasant experience.
All that being said is that the good news is on the weigh in. It’s moderately good news, because I’m really just back to where I thought I was starting last week.
For a few brief shining moments I thought it was absurdly good news and that I’d dropped 60% of my body wait. Until I realized the scale was set to kilograms and not pounds.
Still, the good news is that I’ve now reached 11% of my goal. That’s not bad.
I still know that I’m going to do a better job of reaching this goal if I modify the nutrition aspect. I’m working on it.
